This was a last
minute, drop in request just prior to the second big snowstorm. The service rep
fit me in and I didn't have to wait too long for the repair. It was very
helpful since we needed to be ready for the big storm!
We have been
consistently pleased with the service that we have received from Congressional

responsiveness and professionalism.
I was quite
satisfied with my service. My vehicle was completed and delivered to me before
the estimated time.
On a previous service appointment, the owner of Congressional Motors dropped in
to ascertain whether we were accommodated. This personal touch was missing, but
the superior quality service obtained.

business professionally, called me to update and offer recommended maintenance
items, and ensured my vehicle was ready when he called me to report completion
of the recall maintenance.
